We were in a good and absolutely perfect location very close to a modern hotel/restaurant and railway/bus station and centre of Verviers. Stayed in stunning executive suite with a galleried bedroom plus a single bed downstairs, pancakes plus coffees.

We were traveling from Holland to Switzerland and stayed at Hotel Verviers for our regular stopover. The trendy modern hotel had high-quality room fittings and fixtures. It is conveniently located close to the motorway, making it a perfect choice for us. The staff were super polite and helpful, providing excellent service. The dinner served in the bedroom had a wide choice of dishes, and the cocktails from the bar were delicious. The hotel is an impressively converted former customs house, adding to its unique charm. Lastly, the shopping complex nearby was very handy.

Small detail but I would prefer a coffee maker with more coffee, there were only two cups for regular coffee and I like more than that so had to order room service coffee. The service in the restaurant and lounge and room service was very good, however I thought the hotel was a littel pricey.

Value for money, conveniently located with plenty of on site parking. The staff were, without exception, polite, well presented and helpfull. The hotel is modern, our rooms were clean and well appointed and the food was of good quality.

Service at dinner was rather slow but it was very busy and we were a party of 14

I stayed at Van Der Valk Hotel in Verviers for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The modern design of the hotel, including the outside terrace with comfortable chairs and sun umbrellas, was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. The room itself was well equipped with a desk, safe, and comfortable beds. I also appreciated the separate toilet and spacious bathroom with a bath and large shower cubicle. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food, and the hotel had a large car park. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Very large and comfortable room.Amazingly comfortable bed and fine linen. Bathroom with bath and separate shower plus separate toilet. Ist class restaurant and friendly staff. Highly recommended and partly chosen because it is dog friendly.

Had central location in brasserie needs education. Besides, it was so close to the town centre and the railway station, and Verviers. The food was outstanding in the restaurant.

The staff was amiable and incredibly friendly, helped a lot. It was tastefully decorated, great modern and with a large bathroom.
